Quick silly question about being overdrawn

EDIT: You must eat when hungry. If you don't the body goes in to starvation mode and will slow your metabolism. Then next time you eat you won't burn it off as quickly so you'll become tired and actually end up storing more fat.

I normaly don't eat for the 12 hours im at work and then have a large pasta meal or something when i get home. I am getting rid of about 2 pounds a week, and i sit on my *** all day long with work so thats not too bad?

That really isn't the best way to get rid of weight.

Eating smaller meals at regular times of the day with a bit of exercise is 100x better than starving and then overloading on carbs.

You may be thinning, but losing that much weight quickly will damage you inside.

See the gym forums for more information. I lost 3 stone in 3 months for my wedding using exercise and a proper diet, and I wasn't exactly fat to start with.

Nope, but make a thread and I'm sure Freefaller or someone will help you make a routine. I just did it by running 30 mins, cross trainer 30 mins and weights for 5 mins, every-other day.

If I felt sore I just went swimming or took a cooling off day :)

Email me, as I've already taken this off topic.
