Downing Street has rejected claims that the head of the civil service held his own investigation into claims Gordon Brown mistreated staff.

It sounds like Brown is getting upset at his own failings along with Blairs. The latter having jumped ship like the rat he is, leaving Brown to take the rap. Lets hope they don't get another term, they realy have lost the plot. Saying that the Torys are not much better.

Hes a raging ******* imbecile. A complete pillock who, with his band of morons, feminists and overly liberal tossers has managed to single handedly destroy the country. A nice legacy to pass on to us all and then he says he deserves another chance! Honestly nothing could happen to him that could be so bad as to make me give a crap!

But dont worry, the conservatives will get in power, sort everything out then labour will get control again because everyone has the average memory span of a dead lemming then the cycle will start all over again!

If this is true how the hell could he have gotten away with it for so long? I mean these people are in the positions for a reason, if they allow themselves to be bullied and allow a bully to continue to lead the country, what does that say about these people?

Obviously I'm not saying they deserve it but if when working with people who are very capable of abusing immense power, meekness is not a worthy quality.

I always wondered what it would be like to live in the post-apocalyptic Britain, the bitter daily fight for survival on the lawless streets all for scraps of food and water... now, after Brown's short reign I know :( anyway brb just going for some take-out and to put a DVD on.

While I'm not saying the current government are not to blame, you can't just blame them and them alone.

Other governments, before this group have started the motions that have put this country in the position it is in now.
 
I think this is the third time in a year I've read Brown bullies his staff members, apparently he throws office equipment, launches verbal abuse and I think he is said to have once pulled a secretary from her chair while she was typing.

Of course, there is no actual proof he has done any of this and I don't see it affecting his chances in the next election.
 
Just pop the tit in his good eye. The country would love you anyway.

Personally, I think there's probably more to this in that I wouldn't be shocked if it came to light that this is a set-up instigated by either disaffected party members or opposition.

Quite surprised no-one picked up that this bullying "news event" was clearly manufactured.

Quite bizarre how the media fell over themselves reporting it.... very very slow news day indeed...
 
Its depressing how this what counts for political debate these days. No wonder people are turned off from 'politics' The media always pander to the lowest common denominator with puerile non-stories such as these.

There are so many issues of substance that we could debate yet for some reason people make electoral decisions based on this crap. I guess we get the politics we deserve.

This is very true and i have said similar in the past. I always said with a political process that is so focused on the puppet "leader" that we apparently vote for. It is strange that they could allow someone to take that place who i had never even heard of. Being when Brown took Blairs place.

What will happen next is that dumb woman who runs the alleged charity that was self named as the National Bullying Helpline is going to get stuffed over breaching confidentiality of a phonecall to them, having a number of dodgy aspects to said charity and generally poking her head above the parapet to throw a tomato at a machine gun nest.
