What I find shocking is that as someone who joined in 2002 he didn't realise he was opening himself up to all manner of abuse by starting this thread

who have you tried contacting/what email address (just the domain will do).
I've got an intermittent problem with stuff getting marked as spam, which tends to delay a reply as I don't check the spam folder as often as the general inbox (and rather annoyingly, a lot of spam gets through).
