Introducing the new Ford Tractorri

It actually looks like it has been done to quite a high standard but I don't understand why? What looks like an uncrashed Lambo merged with a mustang that looked ok too to make that ******* donkey esque child.

its the irrational american hatred for "imports"

Theres still a massive portion of american society who wouldnt buy a german or japanese car as they fought a god damn war with them and they'l be damned if they are going to buy one of their cars.

Instead they'll only buy american, no matter how crap their american is. In this case, he obviously loved the lambo so much, but couldnt bare to just own one, he had to try and get his mustang to mate with the italian bull, and look at the horrible mutant it produced. :(

There are of course plenty of americans who dont have this stigma. But the very fact that everything not american can be classed as "imports" tells you all you need to know about their views of non american cars.

Due to my pre-conceptions of either car, it would take me approx. 23 years to get used to the rear of that car. Looks very well put together, but, I fail to see the point...heavily.

Eye of the beholder n all that.

But why call it 'Tractorri'?
I know Lamborghini makes tractors, but this is hardly one.

I can think of a couple of better names:
'Mustardisation'
'Mustache'

next question, will this affect the warranty?

I think a lot of people are missing the point here, I don't believe its about Americans disliking imports, but why not do it, just because you can? If you had the money, and one day thought "ha, how cool would a lambo powered Mustang be", I think you'd deserve credit for giving it a go.

The workmanship looks really good.

The aesthetics on the other hand. Looks like something a 5yr old would draw with a wax crayon.

Bizarre choice. As it's so easy to supercharge a standard mustang, I struggle with why you'd bother with the Lambo engine. As for making it mid-engined, well again, why not simply use the engine you've just taken out from the front of the car, stuff a turbo on it, THEN put it where the back seats should be.
At the end of the day, it's a complete waste of time and money. If you're going to build something mid-engined and with two seats, why start with a compromised steel body that's designed as a 2+2? Surely it makes more sense to start with a purpose built design.

Right, so you compare a supercharged or turbo mustang to Lambos perfectly tuned creation? And you claim these guys have wasted their time? :o

Why would it make more sense to start with a purpose built design, where is the fun in that? That would have just been an engine conversion, right?

Again, you people are missing the point of this project I think. I'm pretty sure it was done just because they could, to show it could be done, and to do something completely different - not because it was the best choice, logical, easy or cost effective.

Well yes.. you can pretty much fit any engine into any car with enough fab work. It is a idiotic project. I'd rather they used some of their skill to make the lambo naughty.

Would love to see it go around a track.

Take the very bad handling characteristics of a mustang with a heavy engine up front. Then remove all that front weight and put it in the rear! LMAO its going to be so bad!
