Sh!t happens dude you were probably just unlucky. Just because someone messed up once doesn't mean they will everytime after that. But hey I don't know what happened do I so don't listen to me
Unlucky? No, I don't think so. Any company that care about their cosumers would act in completely different manner.
I'm quite impatient person, that is true. Once I decide I want something, I want it now. So in a way my decision has been taken partly because of that. TBH I wasn't treated very nice too. Yes, they will refund my saturday delivery, but I don't care about that 15£, I wanted the parts today, not wednesday and if they cared a little bit they could send me a short email yesterday informing me that one of the parts is out of stock (even though it was '10+ in stock' on their website when I ordered it
and still is) and that it is holding my order back (it wouldn't cost them a penny), but they didn't care a bit and a not very nice guy, that couldn't care less, told me on the phone 'you won't get any of your parts today'. From the way he spoke it seemed like he wanted to tell me that it was my fault

It's not even the fact that I don't have my parts with me today, it is the whole package that put me off. The 'i-don't-give-a-flying-****' way of treating me over the phone today, the 10 min on hold when I tried to call them (I'm sure they earn a fortune from their 0800 costumer service number), the fact that they didn't contact me saying that there was an issue with my order (if I didn't call them today morning, I'd be waiting all day for delivery that wouldn't be here anyway
and they knew it!), etc.
I've spent over 1400£ in their shop over last 3 weeks and any other company would care about a costumer like this, but obviously they couldn't give a ****. They don't want my money, then I won't give it to them.
I will probably get banned for what I've just said and this post will magically disappear very soon anyway
