Tv shows and films about freezing or manipulating the flow of time?

I was just wondering if there were many?

Im not talking about time travel like Back To The Future, just time manipulation, speeding up, slowing down and freezing.

I think there was one a few years ago but im not sure what its called or if its any good, the only other that had anything like it was Click but thats not what im looking for, there was also an old kids show when i was in school about a boy and his watch, can't think of any others really, though some shows may have had the odd episode, i was hoping for something about time manipulation itself, any ideas?
 
what was the film were people from the future came back in time to steal people that were going to die in plane crashes, they replaced the people on the plane with duds :confused:

'Passengers', with Anne Hathaway? Edit - oh, not that then.

@ OP - I think 'Wanted', 'Push' and 'Jumper' are sort of along those lines, as well of course as the Matrix trilogy.
