Used BG 244 about 110 miles ago on my 320D. Engine is definetly a little better for it. Noticed its idling a bit less rough in the morning and less smoke. Car seems to loosen up a bit quicker now in cold weather. No performance increase but the engine is definetly less rackety and theres a 5mpg increase from before i put it in, but that is probably due to driving conditons and style.

Take the injectors out and have them cleaned/serviced properly.
