T In The Park 2010

T in the park lineup is complete crap this year.

I think the T line up is excellent this year, best for the last few years actually. Mind you I do seem to spend a lot of my time in the slam tent. Will be getting my tickets on Friday. T and Rockness are my festivals this year.

T in the park lineup is complete crap this year. Muse are fantastic, but jesus christ... Eminem headlining? I'll be giving it a wide berth, gone are the days of the indie rock festival...

In other news, how frickin' awesome is Download's lineup so far!?

Muse rank alongside U2 as being one of the most overrated bands in the world. Can't say I'm that excited about Eminem either though.

I'm more impressed with TITP than Download tbh. Only looking forward to AC/DC, Bullet For My Valentine, 30 Seconds To Mars and Stone Sour. Wouldnt mind seing lamb of god though.

Hmm, with music tastes like that, I'm a little confused as to which bands are attracting you in TITP's lineup? Fair enough if you have a pretty diverse taste though...

Only bands I like at TITP so far are Muse, Stereophonics, Biffy Clyro, 30 Seconds to Mars, so 4 bands over 3 days.

The fact Eminem is headlining the saturday and Black Eyed Peas, Dizzee Rascal and Jay-Z are all making appearances says to me that they're definitely moving away from the indie rock festival vibe. Horses for courses though I guess, so if it floats your boat then I'm pleased for you, personally though, they're moving further away from my musical taste.

Download on the other hand... jesus, the only bands I don't really know so far are Volbeat and Five finger death punch, the rest I'd love to see.

Fair enough if they aren't your thing, but they put on a damn good show. Best live act around in my opinion.

Yeh, i do have wide taste in music. Really looking forward to seeing Muse, Rise Against, Stereophonics, Kasabian, Jay Z, Eminem, Dizzee Rascal , Faithless, and of course, the proclaimers would like to see prodigy again, seen them last year at download, one of the best live shows ive seen.

Mainly muse though, wanted to see them for years!

To be fair, I'd probably be tempted to nip down for the Friday only for Muse if I wasn't going to see them down in Wembley in September. Only seen The Proclaimers once, and that was at a New Year up here in Aberdeen a few years back, hehe!
