Recording in game footage on the PS3?

I just got a PS3 after being a PC gamer for all my life. We play quite a bit of MW2 and I was wondering how you record the games?

What sort of equipment/software do you need?

I have a laptop that I could use but not sure how to do it

Any help appreciated

Have you thought about Easycap? It's available on the big river for just over a fiver, and the quality looks ok.

The refrence of the big river is the Amazon river, rainforest is the most common reference around here.

Blackmagic Intensity Pro is the only other one i can think of. Dunno if there would be HDCP issues though.

I went with easycap. Its cheap enough to take a punt on and from viewing the tube it seems like pretty good quality.
