I want pretend to know as much as most of you on here but I like then and enjoy driving now I have a car I can do it in!

Obviously the weather has been rubbish lately but surely that must mean it might stop raining/snowing by the end of march with some luck!

Put me down as a maybe, please. My car is in a right state and until the weather clears up I can't make a start on it, plus I only have weekends free.

That's some serious power gains on your Astra VXR, you didn't by chance have a bit of a traffic light grand prix with a black Jaguar XJ8 off the lights by the Aston Martin dealership on the A456 heading up the hill towards Halesowen around about last Autumn did you ? ...I was ...rather surprised by a blue Astra VXR then, I pulled away quicker than him as he couldn't get the power down quickly enough but then he reeled me in and overtook me and there wasn't a thing I could do about it.
I was surprised by how quick the Astra was, I have no idea if it was standard or not though of course.
Tempted to come just for the hell of it! Sounds like itle be a good laugh!
Maybe id speak to a couple of forums regulars local to me and see if any are interested o:
Just the fact its quite far and my car as had a sad neglected winter, im not sure itle make it all that way xD

My brother's 1500 loves to break down.
The latest trick is to dump the coolant for no reason at all when sat in the garage, even with no holes in the water lines.
Yeah! Ive only had 1 big break down (Engine going boom) a couple of silly easy fixes though so ive been lucky so far >.< .. i think!
It doesnt like the rain (get a constant drip on your leg in heavy rain ) and ive only been driving it once or twice a week (short journeys) the last 2 months really

Lovely cars though...when they work. Brother's has a rather large straight through exhaust, sounds immense. It's had a few break downs, he was meant to drive to Italy in it a couple of years ago, and one the wheel bearings decided that it wasn't allowed to and went just as they got on the ferry. Had a few other problems too.
His has been stripped down and rebuilt so all holes are fixed. Shortly after getting it someone drove into the side of it, so he stripped it down to fix it, full body respray etc.

Yes it was me, I always give it some beans up that hill after shopping at Merry Hill. It was standard up untill late November so it was more than likley standard then.
