Dual screen, one glites when browsing

I recently went back to Dual screen and i know both of them are fine but when I'm browsing (right monitor) the left monitor would often glitch or tear every so quickly.

The left monitor is fine as when I'm playing on the Xbox or connected to a PC or Laptop it works just fine.

I've tried to reinstalling drivers, double checked the cables and it still persist.
Kinda annoying when browsing and you see something in the corner of your eye thats flickering.

Any suggestions what I can do?

GPU = 5850
Monitors = NEC 24WMGX3

ATI has problems with multimonitor and DDR5.

turn overdrive off, the atis have a problem with 2nd screen glitching when overclocked, you can turn it off or edit the profiles.

Really? I thought the 5xxx series was supposed to be "teh awesome" with regard to multi-monitor, esp due to the whole EyeFinity thing...

I run multiple monitors on my ATI and I never experience any flickering. Is this a 5* issue or?

5* issue when overclocked. due to the 2d clocks dropping to 157 or something

When will there be a fix for this?

I might upgrade to 5* eventually so good to know that, I am a heavy user of multiple monitors and the flickering would really annoy me.

Guess I gotta wait for some sort of driver fix or lock the clocks at high.

you can fix it with a profile tweak or using the msi tool, irrc the beta drivers have fixed this.

ATI Overclock? I havn't even overclocked my card.

Used to happen to me when 5870 first came out, to fix it, lock your pci-e lane to 101mhz.
