...more of it :)

I'll get some proper pictures once the wheels have been re-done and i've had the dents seen to next week!

Its an '04 Zetec S TDCI, 73k on the clock. Paid probably a tad over the going rate for one, but i viewed several and they were all dogs, held out for one that was pretty much mint and this one fitted the bill!

Pictures taken on N95.

You nicked my car :p :D

That's scarily identical to mine, even down to the lack of TDCi badge on the back!

Just under £4k.

Could have picked up an LX/Zetec etc for probably £1k less, but they look.. not very nice!

dammit I really need to swap my orange indicators for clear ones, it looks so much tidier :)

Do these get leather interiors or not?

*Some* came with half leather if specified from new, but they are quite rare.

Would love to upgrade to ST interior (Recaro), just depends if one comes up at the right price. Door cards are already leather(ish) for some reason.

I'm fairly sure it's leatherette effect plastic :)

I'm looking at an interior upgrade for mine too (if I keep it), the drivers seat is slipping back and its incredibly annoying. Is yours the standard black checked cloth then?

Presume your wheels are made of the same ford cheese as mine - refurbed when I bougth it 2 years ago and already bubbling up again :( They're also incredibly easy to kerb!

Yeah, standard cloth, quite comfy to be honest!

Wheels are ford cheese rubbish, yes. Shame i'm having them powdercoated really, i quite like the polished faces. No point in having them re-done in the same style, they'll just rot through again.

Looks alright for what it is - pretty clean too, no kerbing either? Don't suppose you know the going rate for the petrol equivalent?

V6 is really the only the petrol option, 2.0 was made but they are VERY rare, i've only ever seen one for sale.

You'll pay <£3k for a V6 Zetec-S with average mileage (sub 70k).

Nice looking car, but I too am not sure about the wheels. If you're going to spend money on them, you'd be better of getting some ST220 wheels on there instead and it'll look far better !

Love the Zetec-S. Best looking 'boring diesel' car around.

Best looking boring diesel?

I'll admit it's quite a handsome car, but even without owning one, the facelift e46 sport looks better.
