I like how the ring road cuts Gerard Street in two. I'n not looking forward to Monk Street being sliced as that's a route a cycle a lot to get either to the library end of town or too my doctors.

I wasn't happy when they closed Gerard Street, I can't get to the chip shop easily anymore and this side chinese and pizza places are pants.

No my doctors is on Agard Street. So I used to go down Monk Street then cut down Drewry Lane and past Freddies Bar. Now I can't use the Drewry Lane shortcut and soon I won't be able to go down Monk Street I'll have to use Abbey Street! Oh well it's only a few more minutes...
