First off it's a nice car but a cant help but think that if this was my car then I'd not be letting this guy drive it.

Now I don't mind people taking a car for a spin where it is safe but doing so within a residential/city area and holding a camera and whilst driving a car you are not 100% familiar with is just stupid and may well be asking for trouble.

It's happened before where people have shown off by either speeding, dangerous driving or even soaking people at the bus stop and ended up getting a fine, points or even stronger punishments for what is at the time just a bit of fun.

What's your thoughts on this video?

Total disregard or just some harmless fun?

Meh, Noise != speed.

Don't think he went above 42kph and only in straight lines. (which is what, ~25mph)

Assuming he had permission to be moving the car I saw nothing at all wrong with any of that, even took care over the humps. He even said "Don't want to be speeding" Cheeky mobile video of moving around a Ferrari at low speed. *shrug*

Not sure where the car familiarity comes into it at 25 mph in nothing but first gear. It's a big expensive gokart :p

Yea, bit reckless? But on the ball compared to some others I have seen. Not saying that I think that is right though, I hate these noise disturbances.

Little bit reckless but there was more noise than speed involved... acceleration was a bit quicker than your average car but by my estimation he didn't top more than 35mph at any point. Most of the time the speedo was below 40km/h.

He's a bit of a retard for driving someone else's incredibly valuable car while trying to film himself with one hand, but the speeds involved aren't high.

There's a Ferrari that lives down at the bottom of my street (he lives with his parents in a little semi, nice priorities!), and it always sounds like he's hooning it when he's not.

he was clearly thrashing the living daylights out of the car like he stole it , probably ruined the underneath on the speedbumps, used the tyres to within a milimetre of death.

oh wait he drove slow and didnt act a complete **** , op is jealous

Nope don't see anything wrong with that at all. When the camera was on him you could see he was clearly looking ahead of him, and he never went that quick either. Sure carrying a camera whilst driving isn't sensible, but doing under 30mph in a residential area is hardly reckless.

I was expecting some Tokyo street racing with some full on drifts with all the aids turned off.

Nothing wrong with the video posted. I don't think he left first gear. I'd be doing exactly the same to be honest :p

My car makes a lot of noise in 1st at low speeds, it doesn't mean I am speeding but I do it because 1: I can (legally, there are a lot louder bikes about )and 2: It sounds so god damn awesome.

Nothing dangerous about it, too many people think "OMG LOUD NOISE MUST BE SPEEDING".

I like how everyone instantly thinks the OP means the guy is speeding. I take it as 'Is it a disgrace that this guys is pratting around in someone else's Ferrari?'.

Which it is, he's not meant to be driving around revving the Ferrari, he is mean to be detailing it, lack of respect for other's property.

I missed that part in the video description.

As much as I am protective of my car, if I had THAT much money I could afford that car I would be more than happy to let people have a blat in it for the giggles.

For all we know the owner told him to have a blast.

Let's not blindly assume shall we.

YouTube is being lame. Video starts off with "hello everybody" then stops. :(

A passing resemblance perhaps? :D

Nothing wrong with that.

Chris Harris has a bit of fun though.

Sweet, cheers yoyo50.

It's a car detailer's video page, we've all seen a lot of controversy when it comes to detailers and what they have been allowed to do etc.
