Best ISP broadband UK ?

The last couple of days I can't download very well with SKY Max, I've been with the the last 3-4years and the ****s have put some sort of filter on rapidshare.

Any other decent broadband providers with no filters or bandwidth usage ?

Be are very good and have the least restrictions out of the providers i've used. Their website is abhorrent though

Virgin Media 50mbit. No caps.

If you are in a cable area, nothing will beat Virgin Media's 50MB service. A real 50MB (you'll download at 5+ MB/sec), zero caps, limits or traffic shaping, and it's being upped to 100MB at the end of the year!
