Cadburys Creme Egg eggs (2 creme eggs and 1 big hollow egg) for £1 at lidl, not bad

They are also on sale in our local Asda for £1 too. May be the same in other Asdas too.

I was in Morrisons earlier today and wondered why people were carrying baskets of only easter eggs

Easter is great. It cost 55pence for a creme egg by itself (or the caramel egg if your prefer), yet at the moment you can buy one of the easter egg varieties for £1 which comes with the two egg of your choosing.

Not only am I saving 10p but I have an awesome easter egg to munch as well.
