Been waiting a while for the Xigmatek Utgard case with a window to come to the UK for a while and it's looking more likely to not come at this rate, and purchasing it from overseas and paying the shipping costs will come out to roughly £100, so instead I'm looking more and more at this case.

The next system I'm planning will have some colour coding, so I've been trying to find out for about the last 20 minutes what colour the actual fans are inside the case. Overclockers state Red LED, but that's the LED colour, not the fan colour :)

Just wondering whether they would look better with black or red fans, thoughts?

planned build:

Asus Crosshair III Forumla
Asus HD5850 or Sapphire HD5770 Vapor-X
AMD Phenon II 955 BE
Corsair Dominator GT (if I can find them for around £100, if not it would be the normal Dominator set or the XMS3).
Still looking at some aftermarket CPU coolers, looking at something that ideally is effective and dark, e.g. Prolimatech Mega Shadow if it fits Am3 boards?
Probably stick either some white cathode lights in there or red cathodes just to add some more glamour :D

See what you mean. But I go for the build quality and ease of cable management etc...if I don't like the fans I swap them out (flog them on) and put other ones in.. (got a fetish for the white led ones at the mo) .simples!! :)

I might end up going with the normal K62, it's just I also think blue LEDs are a tad too common and want something different (black + orange combo on the Xigmatek cases is actually really smart, and the red on that new K62 looks quite snazzy as well).

blue is too common

its nice to see white or red or orange  on a PC case

green I don't know actually

That's exactly my thinking, nearly everything you see is blue when it comes to "modding" and although I think it can still look nice, it's just way too common-place, I'd rather have something that stands out a bit more, i.e. Black+White, Orange+Black, Red+Black etc

Oh decisions :(

I would get a case that allows total removal of the hdd bay area.
It's much better to have that whole section unblocked for the front intake and mount the hard drives in the 5'25 bays.Just my opinion.

Iv just made custom decals for the side panel of that case for custom pc mag. Editor shipped side panel to me and I was wondering what the case it was from.. Now I know. Its got a really sleek smooth classy finish to it
