You **** her off by making a mistake and in a fantastically professional manner she chooses to go in the huff with you and not speak to you :p

Had a bit of a slip up with one of my deadlines (got dates wrong) with left me and the boss looking somewhat silly to her superior. I got a (deserved) slapped wrist for the mistake but since then she has refused to speak to me :D I am normally bob on with everything I do in my job, got the staff well trained and I (probably) run the best department in our area and have never had a single cross word otherwise with my boss in the 4 years I have been with the company.

Been a week since then and to be honest I have used it to my benefit and dossed off early every day since because I know she wont ring me and (this is where it gets really stupid) if she tries to pass a message on to me through one of the other project managers I just feign ignorance.

Its unbeleivable that in the modern day in a massive, multi-national company your boss can just stop speaking to you in the huff :D

Anyone else had something like this happen to them before? Women! :p

My female boss is ace. She answers the phone and does what she says she will.

All I want from a boss, but its surprising how many can't manage even that.

Maybe you should be the man about it and try talking to her?

Or if you'd like a more OcUk style of things, falcon punch her in the ovaries. Either way should get her attention

My boss had a go at me for having my phone on the shop floor once, I was texting a mate on reception to get him to send me a cleaner. I said, should I go tell graham (store manager) you're wearing open toed high heels then.
She walked off in a huff. You don't get that with a male boss.

Well actually, last time I went into work wearing open toe high heels I did get some pretty strange looks and was asked not to return until I had purchased more appropriate footware, I did get slightly annoyed about it as the women are allowed to wear such footware so why can't I.
