Hi, there im fed up of chairs that break with tiny bits of pressure, seems like these "made in china" things just seem so weak, I like leaning back a bit, not excessively im my opinion and the mdf snaps, Im fed up of plasticity things that can't handle normal usage, so my budget is about £100 can stretch to £150 for a chair that I can lean back on a bit and preferably has rotational movement.

Cheers.

+1.

Solid Construction
High Back (I'm 6,1 and my head barely tops the head rest)
Very comfortable
Wide Seat
Hight adjust, lean adjust/lock and swivel.

Definitely worthy of it's praise and popularity.

If you get a chance go to Ikea first and have a sit in it, should never buy a chair without sitting in in first.

Nice and comfy. Been using it for years.

i have the same chair at home, but it is starting to make a lot of noise now and the padding is start to wear down.

we have these chairs at work: http://www.humanscale.com/products/freedom_index.cfm

they cost like £250+

bit much and the back just leans back, it is meant to improve your posture but i just end up lying down in them... i am still looking for a decent chair. better than the one from ikea, real comfy with features.
