RAM choice for i5 750

Could someone tell me what type RAM I need for the i5 750, especially if I overclock it to say 4GHz?

DDR3 dual channel, 2/4/8GB whatever speed you want, make sure it doesn't need more than 1.65V to get the advertised speed and timings.

I have these in mine, running at 4GHz

No, the i7's are the ones which use triple channel memory.

The i5 you have chosen uses dual channel memory.

Why do we care what voltage it uses?

Because higher than that with DDR3 is believed to damage the processor/reduce its lifespan.
