Why? I've had a 24" value monitor for a couple of years now and been very happy with it. About time my wife got a proper size screen and BenQ is good quality I believe (it's actually what she has at the moment but 19" and it has done a good job for the last 3+ years).

Why? I've had a 24" value monitor for a couple of years now and been very happy with it. About time my wife got a proper size screen and BenQ is good quality I believe (it's actually what she has at the moment but 19" and it has done a good job for the last 3+ years).
I've got the illiama (somename like that) prolite 24" for around £150 and it's a ******* bargin, i would pay load smore for it, top class monitor, why spend £300 on a 22" when you can get a HD 24" with shape beaufifulll colours with fast respojnnse for 150!!!
Ok, I've had lots of great feedback and insight, and so I think I've arrived at my build. It is slightly more expensive than I'd like, but at least I should be safe from upgrades for a while. If the wife agrees I'll get this tonight or tomorrow morning so if anyone spots any flaws or improvements then speak now or wish me luck.

Some of the 22" monitors were much cheaper than the 24" monitor you are are looking at.
