New Motherboard, Do I want this one??

Could I do better than this for the money? Also, is the sound card very good?

I would also need Ram, as I have DDR2, so would want probably 6GB of DDR3.

Total price around £280-£300?

If i were you i wouldn't change my mobo and ramm, you won't see big difference in performance, i would wait for 8xx chipset that will be available soon. as for sound card i haven't heard anything good, i read an article somewhere where they opened one of those sound cards and the chipset that they were using was the same realtek that is integrated in most MB. If you want decent sound card get creative/asus or something similar. And the price for that MB is a bit too big.

You'd probably want to wait for the 8xx chipsets mobos tbh.

As for RAM, it's recommended that you get either 4gb or 8gb as they run in dual channel compared to 6gb setups which are mainly used for intel's X58 chipset.
