Thinking of starting a new hobby! - Maybe Cycling/Mountain Biking, need help!

£1400 for a blow-up kayak

The RPM in my pics above was £250 delivered, full white water spec :p
It's not blow up :p it's a skin on an aluminium frame (although it does have small blow up ribs along the side to tension the skin) :) and it's a canoe not a kayak. Also cheap compared to Kevlar or carbon RFP canoes ;)

True, I was skipping over some of the details a little ;)

Not really my type of paddling, as you can probably tell from the shots above on the Dee, Town falls - superbly fun!

Reminds me, I haven't been out in ages, need to get into gear and go somewhere - I'll be so rusty it'll be shocking :(

Of course, if the OP is Scottish, access is less of a problem. ;)

I'm just getting into skating. I find it's good transport, provides a good all round fitness, with particular foucs on core body strength.

Like cycling, kayaking, hill walking, white water rafting, and rock climbing too.
