He is unlucky and lucky in equally immense amounts, apparently most new borns with this disease barely live a few days and suffer horrible disfigurements, lack of nose/ears and damage to the eyes along with terrible damage to the skin.

I can't stress enough, if you don't have strong stomach DO NOT LOOK THIS UP ON GOOGLE.

Fish Boy? They're obviously not a very clever community resorting to insults like that. The least they could think up is Mr. Oak for example.
