Watch Choices

Its coming up for my birthday and I would like a new watch. Im not a collector as such but I do have several other watches that I use for differing occasions.

I would like a sporty looking model now as most of my others are suited for smarter dress and have selected the following models from Tissot and Wenger.

What is the forum preference or does anyone have anything bad to say about any of the models that might help the decision?

Am I missing any alternatives at around the £200 budget?

They're all sexy ****** watches that would brighten up any wrist, however, the second watch arouses my time keeping testicles the most!

I love watches - I wish I had a few grand spare that was solely set aside for a breath taking time piece!

I looked at seikos but didn't see any I liked for my budget.

The annoying thing is that most high street shops have such a poor range, I have yet to see either of these 3 in the flesh!

Have a look at the Christopher Ward range, much nicer watches for the money imo.

I like the Citizen EcoDrive watches myself. Well made and never need a battery.

If its a choice of those, I quite like the first two. If its a choice of the first two, I'm more partial to the red being a bit more unique.

Could be bias as my watch now, is black with some red detailing. :cool:

Hmm, valid point maybe. But what colour doesn't go with red which you may actually wear as clothing. Even then its more black than red on the straps.

My watch face is mainly black but strap is the same, black with red stitching. Cant say anything has clashed/not matched.

Wow that is a nice Tag, the strap looks like nice quality leather.

Thanks for the Christopher Ward suggestion. I quite like the C4 Peregrine although im trying to work out if its too similar to a Michael Kors I have??

I think I am still in favour of the 2 Wengers but have no idea which one I like the most?
