Would the Corsair HX 450W be enough to power the following system:

Asus A8N32-SLi Deluxe
AMD 64 X2 4800+ or AMD Dual-Core Opteron 180
4GB G.Skill ZX Series DDR PC3200 (DDR400) 2-3-2-5 Dual Channel
ATI Radeon HD 5750
Maxtor STM3320820AS
Optical Drive

... even if overclocking?

Thanks guys, ... found an online app. at Corsair which also suggests 450W would do.
