I've had my first experience with HTC customer service and I could not rate it higher. My HTC Hero started to develop dust under the screen which I reported on Friday 26/02/2008 at 12:00. The phone was collected at 14:30 the same day. Tuesday 02/03/2010 I have a knock on the door and I'm handed back my phone with a new screen, result! Big thumbs up to HTC from me! :cool:
 
I rate their customer support too. The guys at the end of the phone really know the product and can help with lots of things.
 
This is good to hear. I always just assumed they'd be rubbish, I don't know why.

HTC are a Chinese (Taiwanese) maker of electronics, relatively small and unknown in the UK until a few years ago. I am Chinese and this kind of branding wouldn't inspire confidence in me.
 
It's good to hear the customer service is top notch, I've just purchased a htc hd2 after uming and ering for ages before pushing the proceed to checkout button. :D
