Just Built Gaming PC - Monitor Says No Signal?

The PC powers up fine and the lights come up and the fans go on, but I can't get any signal through the monitor. What could be causing this?

What are the full specs?

Are all power connections connected including 8 pin for cpu power, also try only one stick of ram and do a CMOS reset.

Ive been having the same problem with my build today with a gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R. Not sure if its the same cause as you but it just takes ages for the monitor to turn on from stand by and the post screen to start, abit annoying.
