The first Socoms on the PS2 were pretty awesome TBH, i enjoyed the SP game quite a bit. Im happy they have gone back to the the old Socom SP game, 5 player online co-op would be pretty fantastic aswell.
 
It can't be SOCOM 4 though can it, because that wouldn't be a GTTV exclusive reveal :p

Although it does look pretty cool :)

Meh, was just 'avin a laugh.

I ripped the insult from the official Nintendo Magazine. Back in the day, they called the PS1 "Sony Pantstation", the Saturn the "Sega Sadturn" and my personal favourite "Sega Dreampants"! lol

The writers definitely had no shame. Much like myself then! :p
 
Socom 4, what a letdown :(

A game that will interest the whole family, yeah right.
If I ask my girlfriend and 7 year old son if they would like to play a 3rd person squad based tactical shooter I doubt they will say yes.
 
haha I love these threads, they are ALWAYS a let down. The numerous website countdown timer ones that just turn out to be practically nothing :D
 
At least its not like the normal thing where its DLC or some PSN/XBL remake of some old game that no one wants to play anymore lol. I was surprised but the Socom franchise has sold in excess of 12 million games :eek: thats a decent enough figure so the market must be there for it.
