Game doesnt even work for me, after the opening cut scene i just get a black screen and nothing happens.

Nope, this worked for me, I've been playing it for about 3 hours now. Note that there were two "1A5" addresses, and freezing either of them didn't do anything, but freezing both froze the clock. I don't know if it'll help (if they're the same or not), but mine were 1A5A0FFD and 1A56B2A0.

It did take a few tries to get the correct ones though.

Just tried it myself and played for 55 minutes without having to start over.

D D Danneh, the address could well be random as I had to freeze 1A546478. Only needed to scan twice to whittle it down to the one 1A5 address.

I'm not sure if the day/night cycle works correctly in the demo with the frozen timer, did it go back to day for you? I may of needed to leave it longer to find out.

Oh man this game is so fun, just had an epic 20 mins or so. Rode a gas tank into the air and parachuted down, grapped a bike and jacked it as I landed. Found a tank and went mental destroying bases with it and when it finally blew up I found a ridiculously fast car with two mounted guns on it rofl. Rode around going mad in that and then in another base found a chopper with infinite machine guns and missiles. Can't wait for this to be released

That method doesn't work for me, as soon as I try to repeat steps 3-4 it comes back with 0, tried it a couple of times now.

I just fired up the demo, awesome beans indeed. :cool:

I can only dream about how good this would be with co-op though... It's almost like it was puropsefully made for it.

Are you clicking new scan again? You only do that initially then it's next scan (making sure increase value by is selected) with the value entered for the time passed. So if you hit new scan at 29:50, then F1 again at say 29:20 you'd enter 30 then next scan and so on...

That's the time frame I use then another one at 29:00 with a value of 20 brings up the only 1A5 address to freeze.

That's exactly what I've been doing

Second scan brings up about 400-600 results, then the next one with the second time gap comes back with 0

I did first scan 12 sec after timer start then then second scan after 2 sec - found the address right away and i've been playing for the last 3 hours

Brilliant mindless fun, everything I loved about JC1 and more..from just a demo!

Thought that was naff the game hasn't progressed much just better gfx but the game play is still very basic.
