OK, hope you can back it up as to why its needed, with figures like

The rate at which students use and hear negative language about lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender (LGBT) people is huge. Over half of all students report hearing homophobic remarks often at school.

The common use of anti-LGBT language is directly related to an even bigger problem – the bullying and harassment of LGBT students.

9 out of 10 LGBT students report being harassed at school in the last year. Over one-third of LGBT students have been physically assaulted at school because of their sexual orientation or gender identity/expression.

Such frequent harassment results in LGBT students being more likely than others to:

* Feel unsafe
* Miss school
* Receive lower grades
* Not attend college

Creating a safe environment for all students - LGBT and straight alike - begins with one simple act: thinking before you speak.

A lot of anti-LGBT language is said carelessly, and isn’t intended as negative or hurtful. Understand what you’re saying, and think about the potential consequences of the words you choose.

86.2% of lgbt students reported being verbally harassed at school

44.1%of lgbt students reported being physically harassed at school

60.8% of lgbt students felt unsafe at school because of their sexual orientation

22.1% of lgbt students reported being physically assaulted at school in the past year because of their sexual orientation.

A LGBT person is 4 times more likely to commit suicide than a straight person, hence the need for awareness on the issue. I would hate to think how I would feel if I had a kid and he committed suicide because of the negative stereotyping and abuse homosexuals get in this day and age.

i use various moisterisers and eye creams, is it the orange stick one ur talking about?

i find it helps 'wake' my eyes up as its nice and cold the biggest help with bags under eyes was more sleep, dont look at computer screens before you go bed this makes me wake up with tired eyes.

perhaps it is a result of diet? do you take vitamins and suppliments?

If I was to say I was purposely ignoring your ignorance and replying in such a way that would make you look like a fool, would you feel stupid? In 2005, she donated over 2.5 million meals to Hurricane Katrina victims in the south. What have you done lately?

A self defence mechanism maybe? Or maybe 1/3 of all people, no matter what their gender, race or sexuality are "****s" :o ;)

:confused: What? I'm giving them as examples of how words have different meanings on the context they are used? As for the meals in Katrina i fail to see what that has to do with what i put?
