Whilst down with a friend for a few days, we ordered some laptop memory for his sister's laptop. He took delivery of them today only to get the completely wrong stuff. We ordered this kit http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-230-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=936
But got a pair of these.

As you can see, not quite laptop memory :o. Is there anyone in particular to contact to get them swapped over to the correct sort?

Yep... I would say a **** up in the warehouse. The site clearly states SODIMM and the description states notebook memory etc. Don't bother with webnote or customer services thing they just take to long. Ring sales direct and sort it out with a return and re order of the correct modules if I was you :)

You got what you bought i'm afraid, it's the picture on OCUK's website that's wrong. You might be able to return it under DSR though.
Funny how on page 2 it finds OcUK's image that's wrong lol :o

the OC page says SODIMM though

Its also in the Laptop memory section. Post in the CS forum :)

That's what made me ask my friend what the hell happened. I even double checked the order confirmation and it said SODIMM in the description

Posted in the CS section as it's not urgent but hopefully we can get the right ones sorted out.
