New to PS3 - Must haves?

Hi guys.

Recently got a PS3 and I'm wondering what to get for it, I don't really have much idea on what the 'must haves' are for PS3. I like any genre really so fire away!

I currently have Fifa 10 and Bad Company 2.
 
Bad Company 2 is very similar to Modern Warfare, so unless you are interested in the single player side of it I would give it a miss.

Final Fantasy XIII is out in a few days which is supposed to be good.

Resistance 2 is good and so is Metal Gear 4. Little Big Planet is for 4 year olds (yes really).

There are loads of others but I have only commented on games I have (aside from FFXIII of course).
 
I know what you mean about Bad Company 2 - I'm bored with it almost instantly. I think it was a waste of £40!

I don't understand why people recommend Uncharted 2 but not the first one. Makes no sense to me at all to play 2 but not the first one...first.

I played the demo of Little Big Planet last night and it seemed really good. Very simple but it really draws you in at the same time.

I really want to play Heavy Rain but can't seem to get it in Stoke, if anyone knows of a place in Stoke that I might have missed out, send me a trust email please!

This to be honest (well as far as PS3 exclusives go)

Also worth getting Bioshock 1, Bioshock 2 and Batman Arkham Asylum as well as both Modern Warfare games (I dont know if you've played any of the above on other consoles?)
