More (and lots) pics from Geneva Motorshow

Thank you very much for taking the trouble to take all those photos and then post them.

I still think that the new 5 series looks dreadful compared to the E60.

I know I'm a bit sad for asking, but was the blue Fiesta the new ST?

**edit**

Just saw above. Can't believe the most powerful Fiesta is 120ps :(

Great pics as ever spaz, loving some of the cars on show especially the hyper cars. Also loving the new Lambo Gallardo. Not much different from the standard one but just looks so awesome.

Citroen is going the right way.. their cars don't look bland.. they could at least release some of them x]

Great pics, cheers! Looks like you had a good day, some lovely metal :D

I haven't really seen much of the Lexus ct200h, it looks very similar to a Mazda3!

Do not like the Bentley hatch, looks ridiculous.

That's not a hatchback, it's a shooting brake. The difference is about £500K.

Out of everything there, I'd love to hear that RUF RGT8. It's 4.5l V8 poked in there.

I love the Mulsanne but those lights look a bit tacky, not sure about them at all.

I've never seen coloured CF like that on the Veyron, l like that.

For me, the 458 and the 918 stand out a mile as the best proportioned, best looking cars there, both are really handsome cars but I still don't know what those transparent covers on the 918 wheels are.

The less said about the new XJ, the better. Maybe that's a bad angle but it's not looking good here.

Thanks for the pics :)

Cheers for the comments people, I know most of the supercars etc have been covered in the motoring press but there were a lot more 'mundane' (term used very loosely) cars that I thought the rest of you might wanna see!

There were so many good cars there I don't think I could name a favourite of the show, as soon as I think of one car, another pops into my head.

Themes/trends of the show, lots of matte/satin finish paint schemes, silver and black alloys, eco/hybrid technology, concept tyres to go with concept cars.

Whilst the environment seemed to be high on the agenda for the car companies, the public's interest for speed and desirability were second to none still, the Porsche, Ferrari, Lambo, Koenigsegg etc stands were constantly packed as people clambered for a sight/picture of their new supercars!

Must admit, despite the far more expensive/faster machinery there, it was probably my favourite car, like you say it's not *that* different from the current LP560, but just has something about it that makes me want one so badly!

The Bentley Shooting Brake doobery did look very cool, it really suited the shape!

The Ruf was gorgeous, 550bhp or so if I remember, not quite as high as some of the turbo flat-six engines they do, but V8 soundtrack and NA throttle response, yes please!

Again agree with the XJ, the interior looked pretty nice (from what they'd let you see anyway), but in my opinion if it didn't have a jag badge on the front you'd think it was a korean start-up designing their idea of a 'luxury saloon'

My god I had to mop the pool of drool away after looking through your pictures!

Really can't wait for the FT-86 to get in the showrooms! Also think the Honda EVH looks incredibly cool

Cool pics spaz! Geneva is one of the shows I really want to get to at some point. I know quite a few people who have visited before and they all say it's brilliant - the best show in the industry.

I have a couple of questions actually... could you add me to MSN? My address is in my trust.

Cheers!
