Win 7 drivers for GeForce GT 330M

Does anyone know where I can get Win 7 x64 drivers for a GeForce GT 330M? The nVidia site says I should download from my manufacturer's (Sony) site, but those drivers are from the 15th of Jan and I don't think Sony, like any other manufacturer, is known for releasing timely driver updates...

The version I have now is 187.83.
