If I am currently getting 30k, and £650 a year for saturday support.

But the company are taking this £650 a year away and replacing it with 10% pay rise.

How much actual % pay rise am I getting?

In America the state tax (abit like VAT) is rarely on the price tag so you have to know percentages to know what you will have to pay.

I think it is this sort of stealth education we could all do.
