The comments with the sun article help me realise why i dont read such rubbish. Plus i find it hard to believe that a plaque has been placed in the middle of a housing estate that is now stirling lines in hereford (i could be wrong since its some time since i;ve been back to hereford).

Stirling lines was sold at the start of the decade to wimpey or some housing company. The sas had an olympic size swimming pool which the sports council wanted to keep but the MOD wouldnt let them, so you know who to blame when we cant win the any medals at 2012. The best part about the pool i heard was that it had a stupidly high diving board to practice falling into water from helicopters.

People yes, animals sorry but no, I value peoples lives more, flame me if you want but each to their own views.

At what point did anyone here say that a dogs life is valued more than a humans?
What I was pointing out was the courageous actions of the dogs, and the bloody mindedness of the animal in carrying out its duty for us.
If you want to go on about how you don't value an animals life, well bully for you..
