AM3 motherboard recommendation

the x 25's were out qwuite some time before sata3, but i thought they did push the limits of sata2 from time to time.

its upto you. if you want futureproofing in terms of blazing fast storage, then stick with what you;ve got. if you want futureproofing for loads of add in cards, change it for the 770T Usb3 or whatever it is...

if i were me, id go with the sata3. but thats me.

I think I agree, I'll stay with what I got for now. To be honest I can't imagine what type of add-in PCIe card I would potentially need, with USB3/SATA3/FireWire onboard and video/audio handled by the 5670. Maybe more USB3 ports? Or a TV-tuner in the future?
