GF just shown me this bloke...he sell people potatoes by the road side, right outside of a McDonalds! Worked there for years she says. :D :D
 
The grand pier at weston is burnt down and cleared, but no structure of the new pier is visible.

That dates weston street view at about 5months old.
 
Google maps still thinks my mum lives in the middle of a field but at least they managed to get a photo from the end of her street to prove it exists ;). My flat has been on street view for ages now so the photo is really old, I didn't think they'd update places already on it though.
 
It shows my car on my drive at my parents house, so it was over a year ago when I was living there, also I remember I was on my way home from work after a night shift and saw the Google Car at about 9am, I waved and thought I was definitely on but seems he must have come back later or something because I am not on where I saw him and my car is on my drive with me probably in bed.
 
My street hasn't been added despite the Google car mapping it what seems like forever ago. The surrounding streets have so I assume our cul de sac is just to insignificant to add. :(
 
I love maps.
I remember when I got the first DOS Autoroute and I spent days on it and when the windows version came out I was in orgasms checking everywhere out.
I then paid a subscription to Keyhole which I wasted many hours on.
Keyhole turned into Google Earth and it's still a programme I turn on every day and link from other sites to see places.
Street View of my own City will probably give me a heart attack - bring it on.
