hi, just built me new rig (see sig) as a first time n00by :)
i ran 3dmark 06 with everything @ stock and was only getting around 19,800 so i was told their might be a problem somwhere.. maybe the 2 gfx wernt working in Xfire ect :/
ive just OC'd my i7 920 to 4ghz and ran it again and got 28,704 and with it OC'd @ 3.2ghz i get around 23,500 so does this sound about right for my rig? can i take it from these scores that the gfx are fine and the CPU just needed tweeking up? or should i still expect to be getting a higher score?

thanks for help

That cant be right. I ran it was an overclocked Q6600/8800GT and gets the following

P8027
GPU - 6407
CPU - 33191

I have a i7 930 and a 5870 it is correct.

My i7 replaced my qx6800 and at stock clocks the i7 is as fast as the qx6800 when its 3.8 gig.
