Advert sucks, I heard the full length one yesterday whilst buying a drink from my local store, it included interviews with people over each factor and was much more entertaining ^^. I then paid using cash instead of a bank card and glared suspiciously at the teller

Well, I work for a newspaper so I could try and get a story like that on the newswire. Could be a long shot - but it must have loads of complaints in order to make the story big. (Loads of complaints = anything over 200 ... generally the Brits don't complain about stuff).
