I'm in the 4% not covered ><

They came down the main road, but didn't come up the lanes to the farm (my house).

I don't blame them really, but it would have been nice :o

EDIT: I've found my car in the work car park.

The post man is on about half the pictures of my street, looking over his shoulder unnervingly at the camera car following him. :D

Also spied the Google car summer last year, which is when my part of the world seemed to be done. Was gesticulating at it wildly from the car, until I realised the camera had a bag over it :(

Just looking at the house we lived in a few years back and the shop I used to stop by at to get KARATE BELTS is still around! I think I bought £1 worth almost every day xD

Also, the then neighbour's son was a friend of mine throughout school, his mum would sunbathe nude ¬_¬

Outside the front of my flat, this must have been taken early last summer as those buildings are completed now and the crane has long gone. The massive pile of sand on the beach was used to make an artificial surf reef - which only really works a few times a month

Lol, my house is on it with the push chair outside. :D

Must have been a friday as the neighbours cars are there but mine isn't. :p

Lol, I checked my work address and my car is at work, I wonder if they did the whole of Stratford on the same day.

I mean, this is great and everything. But are there any practical uses other than 'Oooh look, my house!!!'??

Yes, we use it for checking a site out before giving a quotation for survey work as it lets us pick up trees that might affect satellite coverage, numbers of utilities in the area by picking out manholes etc. It's very useful for us.

You can also streetview navigation routes you plan in Google Directions - just click the camera icon next to a waypoint on the left and streetview will augment the direction lines and split the screen :D

I've shown this to my dad, and he has a fair point I feel.

Down here you get ***** from Liverpool and Birmingham driving down stealing things. Now they can quite easily have a browse around google maps street view and see everything thats easy to steal.

pretty neat, can see my house, our washing and you can read the neighbout reg plate on his landrover. Can't go up the road where my work is though, must be part of the 4%
