Just had my first game - not very impressed:
Can't run diagonally
Rubbish sound
Servers takes minutes to load and there's no ping data for some reason
Seems to be one hit/one kill. Snipers overpowered.
Gameplay seem pretty dull tbh compard to COD

Bah was looking forward to getting my magnum rounds at 12, thought it was 12 at least... guess it's 13

Ugh, must be 14 or 15.
You're the first person i've heard complain about the sounds, they are some of the best i've heard in any game. But i will give you the fact the server browser is sub par at best also if snipers are one hit kills i think you might have been playing hardcore.
Must be if you're used to spraying at people from one end of the map and getting kills.

I never seemed to get Body Armour, when I check my unlocks it says you need Veteran status to get it, is this true?

Without getting into it to much: as quoted by xbox mag (they covered it on front page so i read while i waited for misses to do shopping) on BC2:
On COD you play on as infantry, on BC2 you use all the weapons of true war... from quads to black hawk choppers to controlled UAV's with mounted guns.
This game is truely awsum! The sound is amazing.... dont know what oyr listening to.
One hit one kill is on hardcore servers.
You'll prob find 95%+ agree that this game destroys any COD series in this thread.

Some of the things that say they need veteran status don't actully need it, only the garand does. I got body armour at 12 or 13 or something like that.

EA down for me again now, but a new message appeared saying that between 8 and 12 GMT on Saturday they will be down for maintenance so they can add new hardware, hope that irons out some of the issues.
What a fantastic time to do the maintenance, Saturday, when most of the world is at home from work.
Don't these multi-million dollar companies ever use clustering and HA??!??!?!
You must be playing a different game to the rest of us.
The audio (especially War Tapes) is pretty much the best I've heard in any recent game. Most people complain that it takes too many bullets to kill, not the other way round (maybe your first game was on a Hardcore server?), and the game is massively action packed. It's balls to the wall.
I'll accept your complaint about the current server situation, but the rest of your post is rubbish. D-, must try harder.
