Having now managed to spend a decent amount of time piloting the Apache I can confirm that the Xbox version is MUCH more agile, there is quite a difference!

It does not seem to be as powerful either, but that just might be and my rubbish piloting ability! but even with other people flying....

PC is by far the better version though.

Indeed, this is supposodly down to the mouse acceleration not working, that being said even with the mouse sensitivity working people the heli's are still not going to be as agile as they were in BF2 as you can't roll them to any extent.

It boggles the mind how some of this stuff made it into the final game, i just hope they get it patched pretty soon.

this made me laugh on the hailbutts big boat server :) people are so eager to accuse someone of hacking if they costantly get high scores


 
I play at the lowest settings at 1920x1080 I can play at max settings at 40-50 fps but I prefer more frames in any mp fps game and 90 fov

Generally you don't have to push through anything, the tanks tend to be the ones leading the way... you can easily see where they're coming from & usually there's something to hide behind. Ok no, tanks are rarely the ones leading the way except on servers with small numbers of players where they can rush in and rape easily. Tanks are the ones that sit halfway back and artillery everything because its safer than pushing forwards. On a Conquest you could, but on a Rush, if a tank pushes forwards either your team sucks or the driver does.

Amazing Aedus, you could only pick a weapon that does a 1 hit kill to combat a weapon that does a 2 hit kill. Cept AN94, dunno since its not unlocked but i find that hard to believe. I think its a reasonable description to call you a noob for abusing an overpowered weapon until you reached a high enough rank or padded your stats enough before deciding to change. Especially when you then act like its your opponents fault for not also using such a badly balanced class.

@dmcg, how exactly do you catch someone hacking on BC2... you can't spec, you can only speculate.

I take it thats why i cant add any servers to my favorite's because the servers are down? I can still join games though any one fancy a game today, need to get some practice in only picked it up yesterday :(
 
This has to be the worst game since MW2, I wouldn't have bought it if I had known how bad it was.

First I couldn't register in game, had to do it via the website.
Connection problems and down time.
Server list takes a while to refresh.
You can't prone! Seriously wtf is the point without prone?
No peak - this really annoys me, why leave this out?
In hardcore mode stabbing someone with a big knife doesnt kill them!
I shot someone loads with a pistol and they didn't die, it was meant to be a hardcore server!

I haven't played it much but every time I do something else will annoy me about it.

Why are PC gamers putting up with crap like no prone or peak in fps games?
 
I havent been able to play this much as I can never get a server list to load. I can only play when lyon is on. lol.

Anyone know how to fix my problem? It just says "loading data" but it never does.

Well i cant argue with the connection issues. Really ******* annoying!

But reguarding prone and peek i disagree. This game dosent need prone, and im glad it dosent have it tbh. There is so much cover its easy to hide and they have removed the prone spammers.

Battlefield dosent have peek. End of.

RE hardcore. I dont play it so i cant comment. :)
