The term for: Making a first impression/Judging within seconds?

...There is a psychological term for what happens when you judge someone within a few seconds and i can't remember what it is. Basically, i'm trying to find a study on Athens about how an individual can make a judgement about someone within a few seconds.

If that makes sense.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
