2 x GTX 275 with corsair 650

Hi there,

I am thinking of adding another GTX-275 to my i7 920 rig in SLI.

The current PSU is a Corsair 650watt. Would that be enough to cope with the second gfx card?

Well i use a cooler master 850W.
With 3 hardrives, overclocked i7 , and 2 x 275 sli on my other pc.
and that runs fast i did that test, and it said i need 950W 1000W.
Well i think it's wrong.

just try it mate, if it dont work out, then you're have to upgrade to a hight Watt psu

My system runs fine on a 750W HX Corsair.

It contains 2 SSD's and 4 other HDD's, an overclocked i7 920 CPU, 4 120mm fans and a GTX 280 which is one of the most power hungry cards ever made...

I run a GTX 275, along with a Q9550 @4.0GHz, 4GB ram, 3 x HDDs, 2 TV cards etc on a Corsair VX 450, so I think a 650w Corsair PSU might do SLI...
