New Car Arrived :D

Nice little cars these. Not a fan of white cars mind you, seems to be a bit of a fad at the moment.

Plan on taking it to the track at any point?

I would definately be looking into a plate from the DVLA which starts CL10. That would be awesome!

Great cars these, they look a bit crap and I hate white but the driving experience - what matters - is awesome :D

Ive looked into the CL10 plates, im still undecided as of yet.

There only 399 so not that bad.

I wouldnt know what to have though, as has already been said somebody got the CL10CUP

love it mate :D sorry to be v rude but how much was it, im struggling to price it up on the site?

Basic OTR price is just under 17500, add in the options ive got and its comes to around 19100.

Go for CL10 and your initials or something.

Ouch seriously? Wow, what a con! When I took a 182 out years back they could be had for about £12799!!

Yeah i thought about the initials.

I didnt say i actually paid 19100 for it. But thats the list price of this specific car including the options.

I got a decent discount. Still cost quite abit more than £12799.

But then they have come along leaps and bounds since the 182 days, in terms of build quality and the standard spec on the cars. Such as the Brembos etc.

Bit of a stupid answer then really, he asked how much it was not the RRP from the Renault site which anyone can look up

Not really a stupid answer as he was trying to do it on the Renault site but couldnt figure out the price to my spec it seemed.

If your lucky and you do your home work and visit the right dealer yes you can pick them up a lot cheaper than RRP, however if you go to the wrong dealer the discounts will be small maybe none existant.

I had a huge variation in the prices i got quoted.

Some wouldnt knock anything off list, some would say knock off £1000 some £1500 and some more.

lOVELLLLLLY car! Realy looks great!

having said that i couldn't bring my self to pay over £18k for one. I would just let someone else take the depreciation hit and get something 1 or 2 years old. Unless it is financed of course :D

I hope you enjoy it anyway. Keep a spare pair of pants in the glove box!

Maybe he got an amazing discount and doesnt want to tell anyone how much he paid as it will affect resell value ?

This is the only reason I can think of other than its non of anyone business what anyone paid for anything.

Sorry to rain on the parade somewhat but I'm really surprised about the aesthetics of the interior, apart from the seats it looks like you'd expect a granny-spec car to look. The steering wheel in particular looks huge and nothing like I'd expect for a hot hatch.

Exterior wise though it certainly looks the part.

Renault dont make nice steering wheels! ALL RS cars have terrible steering wheels and rather dull interiors. The Seats make up for it though no?
