Download manager/accelerator for rapidshare, hotfile etc

Hi everyone,
I'm in pursuit of a single downloader that is compatible with rapidshare and hotfile (not doing anything dodgy!). I've searched but cannot find any good ones.

My flat mate swears by JDownloader, he literally downloads tons of "stuff".

Internet download manager. I can get 1.2 m a second. Twice as quick as using firefox.

...and by literally I assume you mean figuratively
