You can certainly have some fun with a shotgun recon, gilly suit lets you sneak up through bushes quite well. Had a lovely wee streak yesterday with the Saiga, blasted 2 people as I ran in (just by aiming in their general direction and emptying the magazine), headshotted 2 more with the pistol (mostly by spray and pray admittedly), then polished off the other 2 with a knife.....then some sniper took my head off. :(

Haven't been able to do anything else as awesome since though. :( Also, I probably should have just C4'ed the group of them, but then again, thats not as awesome. :D

Yesterday on Isla I was determined to get a Sea Warfare pin, so I waited on a rock in the middle of the seas as a defender. Waited for someone to come by in a boat, shotgunned his face off and stole it, turned it round and blasted about 10-15 of there team by killing a few, getting the drivers seat and changing locations.

Had a close all where I got out to kill someone next to the boat, we both some how ended up in the water looking at each other with no guns, raced to the shore and managed just to kill him in time.

I'm the same. At work right now and like... argh! I miseed the whole first week due to house sitting, crammed as much as I could over the weekend around mothers day and now I'm at work. Gotta practice my guitar some tonight though as I've been lazy and have my lesson tomorrow night. Argh! Life, damn you! Could do without work tbh!


Also, thanks to the TFU and OcUK server hosts and admins, not had any problems (apart from embarassing rage enducxing ownage towards myself) all weekend.

Ah, I've had that situation too. Was quite funny as we were both quite confused for a bit and then spent a fair amount of time trying to get to shore whilst blocking the other one :)

Hate friendly fire, especially when you don't know it's on.

Arica Harbour, first point as attackers, grab a Humvee and start driving, see a friendly squad 100m in front of me, decided to be friendly and give them a push towards the point, always do it with my friends.

Could be worse. On Isle Innocets (whatever its called) we were the attackers and i thought i'd try and repair the helicopter while i was in it since i'm sure people have mentioned it. Unfortunately i selected my RPG by mistake and blew up the helicopter ><

Shoot it with a tracer dart first or get someone else to. When you zoom with your RPG, you should see a small red box on the tank (even if you can't see the tank). Aim at this box until you see a range appear underneath it, then aim up and fire.

Tag a vehicle/sniper's face with the tracer, aim the RL at the orange reticule until you get a distance indicator, fire upwards :)
