But now my ipod is no longer recognised Really appreciate any advice on how to get the iPod recognised again without going through reinstall. Thanks thanks

Thank you speed! resetting the ipod has fixed the problem now didn't even lose any songs. and thanks also Ratbag Sharepod is much simpler than iTunes. Thanks all enjoying my music now
